R.I.P. Chris Benoit 1967-2007

It's not something I expected, just like Owen Hart's death 10 years ago and Eddie Guerrero's passing 2 years ago. As I write this, I am still in shock. I cannot believe that he is dead. One of the greatest wrestlers today is gone. And investigators believe it was a double murder-suicide case, with Benoit killing his wife and son and then killing himself.

Unbelievable.

You can check out Google News for other news and updates on Chris Benoit's case. Meanwhile, you can go to WWE.com to remember the wrestling career of The Rabid Wolverine.

Film School
One of the reasons I applied for film school in the US is because, besides the good schools, there are few good film schools here in Asia. There are some in Manila but I wanted to get out at that time so I applied to go to an international film school. That was four years ago.

Fast forward to June 19, 2007.

I discovered that there is a school called Hongkong International Film Academy.

Bad trip.

The only thing that is keeping me from shouting at the top of my lungs is the fact that HK International Film Academy only offers Diploma courses while my current school, Academy of Art University offers degree programs.

That's $1,000 per step!
I wait for the day when I get to own my own house. I've already got some ideas on the design (exterior and interior) and I love to visit furniture and home decor shops for other ideas.

And whenever I see any article about houses (decorating tips, features on certain houses, etc), I quickly click the link or pick up the magazine or newspaper and read, read, read and keep everything in mind.

Anyway, when I opened the Yahoo homepage earlier, they featured on the Real Estate page the most expensive houses in the US.

Omigod.

Expensive does not even begin to describe these estates and palaces. They are so opulent! You can check out the pictures of these homes here. There's even one room in one home that could easily be "the living room in most home or an entire apartment in Manhattan". But in that instant, it was just the master bedroom's walk-in closet.

Omigoodness.
