Aga Muhlach
What is it with Aga Muhlach and his younger co-stars? I mean, Aga, c'mon. You're handsome and all but even you can't pull off a cradle-snatching act like that. Imagine. His last three movies, he was paired with Kristine Hermosa, then Angelica Panganiban, and lastly Anne Curtis, all in their early or mid-20s while Aga's pushing 40. It's not just the age. It's very obvious producers are simply pushing the love teams without any thought on its effect on the movie simply because Aga Muhlach and his younger co-stars have no chemistry on film!

My advice to you, Aga, stop doing the romantic love story about a boy and girl who fall in love because frankly you're already near 40 and you be already be past that stage and trying to concentrate on more mature roles. I mean, c'mon, younger actors than you are already playing father roles. I'm not saying you should do the father roles but please pick some other character. Or at least if you're going to do the love story angle, pick a co-star who's closer to your age naman!

New Look
I was finally able to change my lay-out for what seemed like such a long time but was only a couple of months. It was getting too dark for my taste and it probably contributed to my lack of posts.

I've been busy with work, still. But I've recently gone back to writing for a living so that's keeping me on my toes everyday. It's hard but I love it! Hopefully that will really translate into something that I can really use for my future.

Because of this, I will be paying more attention to Jax Place again and hopefully, this time I won't forget its anniversary, which I really forgot was last March. So happy five years to Jax Place! Wow. I can't believe it's already been that long.

But yes, I'm back!

Life Unexpected
I've been out of the Blogger loop for about a month now. And so much has happened really but my major concern for the absence really was a lack of enthusiasm for anything else right now. I am mostly consumed by family and work. And then I left to get away from the problems. But it's true what they say, you can run, but you can't hide from your problems.

But yeah, like I said, a lot has happened (sort of) since I last said anything substantial here. I went to Australia and New Zealand in April and had the greatest time of my life. I went through some rollercoaster of emotions last summer. I met up with my friends A LOT. I went back to writing for a living.

And most importantly, I finally saw my twin nieces who were born last May 13. They were born premature, as expected of multiple births, and the older one had to undergo a minor procedure to remove a small cyst that was found near her liver. But all is fine now. The babies are home now and we are constantly fawning over them (while they're constantly sleeping). They are simply the cutest babies alive!

Right now, I am preparing for what will be the biggest change to date in my life. I pray to God that this happens and that it will be the culmination of one of my life's dreams. So yeah, I'm scared but confident. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. But I still hope to God it's meant to be.
