Desperate for some form of relaxation, I convinced my sister to watch The Polar Express last Friday afternoon. Good thing we did. It was such a heartwarming movie that I wanted to watch it again right after it ended.

I don't get why other Filipinos are embarrassed to be Filipinos. Some of them think that there's nothing to be proud of as Filipinos. Some Filipinos think Filipinos should get out of their comfort zone to have a true and accurate idea of who Filipinos are. Some Filipinos think we should get of this country if we can.
If that's what they think, then maybe it's better this way. That they're not here. In the Philippines. Let them stay where they are. We don't need them. |
