Empire Falls
I was checking out some of the latest movies at the Internet Movie Database last night and I found out that one of my favorite books is being turned into a TV movie. Wow.
The book is called Empire Falls, written by Richard Russo. It's an amazing book about life in a small town and how nothing is truly impossible. The lead character, Miles Roby, will be played by Ed Harris. That should be interesting. I don't know if it's already been shown in American TV but to my online friends in the US, try to watch this when you see it on TV. Or if not, try to check out the book.
UPDATE: I checked it out again and it turns out, the TV movie is still filming. Watch out for this TV movie this 2004! |
